HITECH HMI Program Upload

Dear All,
I am working on HITECH HMI Model-PWS6600S-S and now I want upload application to my PC. I have installed ADP6 HMI software in my PC. I used ADP V6.7 software and cable RS232 to connect old HMI for upload application. However, its give comunication time out ! What it mean ? Please kindly show me clearly about this problem or help send me a video/Procedure intruction how to upload application correctly
 
Yes with same cable I have worked on other machine without any proble. Can you please tell me that this HMI program is built up in year 2009 by some other programmer and now he don't have backup copy. I don't know in which software version he has developed HMI program that time. At present I am trying with ADP6.10 software version. Does I am using wrong or advanced version??? Which version should I use???
