The Mitsubishi Q-series suffers from similar shortcomings to the Omron PLC's, no OFF TIMERS. The solution for the attached Omron Timer will work for your Mitsubishi Timer.

hey soggy, i used STMR T10 K40 M2000 and it worked perfectly giving 4 sec. off delay after X1 goes low......

Mitsubishi Off Delay
Attached is an example of a 3 second off delay for a Mitsubishi FX. This should also work fine for your QnA. This one uses a constant (K30) for 3 seconds. You could also use a Data register instead(such as D200) if you need to change the preset.
