Schneider 140 CPU 113 03 Upload/Download

Anyone can instruct or has manual on how to connect to 140 CPU 113 03 via Concept XL 2.6 to upload program backup ? and which connection mode to use (e.g Online Only, etc) ? I'm looking to retrieve back up from an older system and concept xl 2.6 isn't exactly what I have used over the years. I know i need to use the Modbus RS232 9 pin cable and already have one. Any help is welcome.
