PowerFlex 525- Cannot open parameters of Drive (Error Loading Port 0)

Good Morning ,

We have some new machinery. I received the RS Logix 5000 program from the manufacture. When I go to open the properties and open the drive parameters , I get "Error Loading Port 0 "( Screenshot Attached ) I understand that I may be missing the AOP . That is not the same as the EDS files
,correct ? It seems that when I am online I should be able to see those parameters , correct ? But I see the same options. I took notice I have an option of creating that database online but I need to allow the drive to reset , but I don't want to stop the line. What is the best way and process to do it from the Rockwell website ?

You will need do download and install the AOP for PowerFlex 523 & 525 Drives v1.05.00

Once installed you should be able to connect Studio5K to the PF525 EENET V.5.001 without stopping the controller.
