Hello There,

I can't communicate with emerson PLC using ControlStar software

Here is my cable pinout

PC---------Emerson EC20

Rx 2----------------5
Tx 3---------------4
Gnd 5---------------3

Is there any problem with cable?

Pinout cable PLC Emerson

I made the cable base on the pinout
the first, i made like isteak007, but it not work
and i made another cable, pinout bellow:
PLC:------------PC: com
5 (TXD)------ 2 (RXD)
4 (RXD)------ 3 (TXD)
3 (GND)------ 5 (GND), 4 (DTR)--- 6(DSR), 7 (RTS)--- 8 (CTS)

but it's not work, when i upload the software has an error failed.
anyone has made the cable to progamme plc emerson.
Pls help me.
