Enter BIOS in Beckhoff CX1001?

I seem to have problems entering the problem into a Beckhoff CX1001.

Is there any confirmed method to entering?

The problem is that using common keys (F2, Del, etc) I cannot enter the BIOS.

My question was what is the correct key (or keys) to enter the BIOS.

Sorry for not being clear (and also writing the original post wrong).

I can't check immediately, so try with ESC key.
Other keys that you can try are F10, F11, F12.

I believe I tried those.

But, so you are confirming, that it is possible to enter the BIOS in a CX1001 correct? Because I know I can in a CX1010 but I could swore that there was a model in the 1000 series that maybe cannot be entered (such as a CX1001). Thats why I ask.

Edit: retarded web page, it's not linking to the right item. Under industrial pc > operating system > accessories > beckhoff service tool > bios settings:

"Booting from an USB-Stick needs a correctly configured bootsequence in BIOS. To enter BIOS you have to press "DEL"-key when you are prompted to do, usually right after powering your device."

The thing is are you sure this is for a CX1001 and not a CX1010?
