signal 4-20ma in plc

How do you know it’s noise?

The simple stuff is:

Shielded, twisted pair with the shield only connected at one end.

Don’t run analog with or parallel to power runs.

Cross power lines at right angles.
 
Sometimes if you hang a capacitor across the input terminals it will attenuate the noise. Try a 220 micro-Farad and see if it works.
