Logicmater 1F Set Instructions

I have a client that has a TI310 PLC Programmed using GE Fanuc Logicmater 1F and the memory was erased, I'm trying to reprogram the PLC using DirectSoft32 but there's an instruction that I can seem to find what it is.

The instruction 'STEP' I can not find any reference to it, can anyone help me?

It's a Sequencer contact. The contact is true when the counter (C662)accumulator is at the designated value (K 0003).
