If you have any comments on the productionline development of a keyring, please let me know. We have to do a project on the assembly of a keyring. All features should be automated, except one. All programming of plc's, etc should also be done.

I don't have a clue where he is.

And I don't fly. So it may be difficult for me to drive to his location.

I figure I can add another 12-15 guys at 10% and still maintain a good profit margine, unless Phil gets greedy and wants 30%!

He should hire a consultant to determine if the $120,000 is a good price or not. Can I get in on this. I will do the consulting for $10,000.

For a 5% cut of the $120,000 I will guarantee approval
