panelview 600 to pc question

Ok folks I have been to the archives but didn't find a fix. My problem is I can't go on line with the panelview 600. It is a 2711-b6c2 sec "c" rev "c" frn 4.46 and I am running panelbuilder32 ver. 3.8.1 . Under the Tools / options / default terminal section I don't find a 600 b6c2 I do find a 600 k6c2. Any help will be appreciated. oh by the way I have tried the 1747-pic and a cable with a rj9 to a d9 wired stright through.
Thanks
Lynn

1-In Panelbuilder 32 you must select Keypad & touchscreen to bring up
your panel 2711-B6C2.
2-Default node address for PV is node 2
3-How are you powering your 1747-PIC ( PV will not power this device)

Just a few things to think about
