Is there any site which would give an insite of how to design a project if the specifications or data's are provided with examples. And is there a site which gives basic technical interview questions and answers for gaining better knowledge.

sorry as i wasn't specific on the questions. it's all related to SCADA and PLC projects and the technical questions are also related to that.
