Hai,
I want to study PLC programming from basics.I am working as Electronics Engineer(PCB Servicing).pls let me know which is the best one ie for me to study in PLC programming

This site, and purchasing Phil's book, are great to start with. There are other sites with good information, such as Hugh Jack's http://claymore.engineer.gvsu.edu/~jackh/plcbook.html and the learning pit http://TheLearningPit.com/ that are more Allen Bradley specific but have great info. The Learning pit has a programming simulator that is a good starting point.

I suggest that when you get to the point of wanting a real PLC to play with you go to automationdirect.com, as their hardware and software are quite inexpensive and (in my opinion) top notch.
