Rslogix 5000 16.03

Hello to all. Has anybody have trouble after installing RSLogix 5000 version 16.03? Been using 13.03 for a couple years, need to upgrade to 16 because new machine comming in has 16. the problem is after install tryed to open 16 but got fatal error.

Looks like an installation problem.

RA Knowledgebase Article 40058 describes this error and several possible solutions.

I have tried all suggestions except suggestion 5 with no luck so far.

I'm sure you've done most but make sure that RSLinx isn't running in the background or as a service when you install Logix 5000.
