Plc-gsm - PLCS.net

Hi all,
I have a question regarding a PLC system with GSM module.
The system is a Siemens s7 300 cpu 317 PLC where I'd like to attach a GSM module to be able to see status on the PLC system remotely, both via mobile and with a computer.
The PLC system is located in a different country if that matters. I don't need to have a permanent connection between the two systems. The status is only needed on demand from either mobile or computer.

Now for the question, what kind of module(s) is recommended to use in this kind of situation?

If you are looking for a Standalone SMS Relay the following

This standalone sms relay is able to send an sms at the moment of power-down, and is able to send you another text message at the moment of power-up.
