How to connect AC sensor and motor to PLC

Hi,

I am new to PLC's and I want to connect a 3 wire AC sensor (with "input", "neutral", and "output") and a 3 wire AC motor (with "line", "CCW", "CW") to my PLC, but I don't know how.

my sensor is an Allen-Bradley Photoswitch

my motor is this: http://catalog.orientalmotor.com/ite...1024|0|3001025

my PLC is this: http://web3.automationdirect.com/adc...nits/C0-00AR-D

the power supply for my PLC is this: http://web3.automationdirect.com/adc...pplies/C0-01AC

I want to use the sensor to control the on/off state and rotation directions of the motor.

I am hoping to power both the sensor and motor using the PLC, but I have no idea how to wire them.

Please help. Thanks.

Thank you for your diagram.

The catalog for the sensor is this: http://www.ab.com/catalogs/c114/1pho/1159172.pdf

The sensor is an AC/DC wide angle diffuse photoswitch
(42SRP - 6014) with:

Input: Black: 20-132V AC (DC-) 1.2VA
Neutral: White: (DC+)
Output: Orange: 300mA @ 132V AC/DC Max

Thank you, diagrams help greatly!
