Gx Developer 8.85 got USB Problem on XP SP3

G'day all. Does anyone know that Gx Developer version 8.85 has any USB connection problem to the PLC on Windows XP SP3?
On Windows XP SP2 it works just fine!
Could anyone offer any fix for the above?
Thank you.

Regards,
Sim.
