Network problem on siemens pxm20/pxc64-u

Hello All

New here..Ive only been working on A-B PLC's and have been asked to look at a siemens pxm20 that i can see is linked to a ptx1.01.When starting the screen it displays a network error. Has anybody got any ideas.....
The siemens is controlling a chiller plant.
