S7-1200 to control Injection molding machine

Hi,
Could somebody advise is it possible to use S7-1200 to manage
7 temperature inputs, 6 AI, 10 AO, 42 DO, 38 DI
The machine is Meteor 270-75 of Mateu u Sole (1997) and produces caps and toys.
We know that there is a standart Siject solution of Siemens but it is based on S7-300 PLC and that is more expensive.

I have included the link to the S7-1200 EASY Book, starting with page 8 it tells the expansion capabilities of each CPU. But with out further info such as CPU type this is as much as I can do.

Dear Tom,

It is clear that I mean S7-1200 CPU 214 that has enough IO capabilities.
The point is that even with S7-300 (314 CPU) the Siject manual stipulates min injection time of an IM machine.
I am interested is there an IM machine where a digital control is based on a CPU with appr.the same capacity as S7-1200 has.
