Learning Ladder Logic
Hey all.
I am in the process of learning ladder logic, and having grasped the basics, have decided to set myself a real life application project, to test myself. I wanted to share it with you all, to see what logic you would create to solve the problem. I haven't been able to complete this, as I am only able to use the online simulator (I don't have a PC) Find the application below. I'd love to see if someone could solve it using the simulator! (http://www.plcsimulator.net/plc.php ). Fluid dispensing into bottles - test application On/Off Switch for entire process. Sensor to detect if there are bottles on the conveyor. Output to move conveyor. Sensor when empty bottle is under dispenser to stop conveyor Timer to run fluid pump until bottle is full. Conveyor to start until another empty bottle is under dispenser. (NB obviously times weights etc are whatever you want them to be) |

What exactly are you asking -- can someone do it using the simulator? If so, the answer is "YES"
If you're asking for someone to do your homework for you, the answer is "NO"

Post your simulator file so those who use it can check it out and give comment.
