AB 1756-IH16ISOE CIP Sync Error

I have an AB 1756-IH16ISOE module that when configured for CIP Sync Per Point results in a faulted state with error message Code 16#0022 An invalid reply was received. Reply service code does not match the requested service code. Has anyone ever seen this before? When I change the comm format to CST per point the card runs fine but I need CIP Sync for my application. I have contacted AB support and they are looking into the problem but it is taking them days to find the answer. Hopefully someone out there has had this problem before and can help.

Just did this on a card as well
CST is all that I need but I wanted to use CIP sync also

I think that you can convert CST into CIP sync time with offsets and LINT add subs

Ended up being a firmware issue with the card. Rockwell released a new version and the issue has been fixed.
