Scada System

Hello everyone, i am new in scada system. so i need help to make the whole network plan for scada. in our factory we uses OMRON PLC accessories.

i have 5 CJ1M CPU11 and 2 CS1G CPU45H. i am going to replace all CJ1M CPU11 with CJ1M CPU13(ETN) and will keep the CS1G. i going to use Cx-Supervisor for develop Scada system. so all the CJ1M CPU13(ETN) will be communicate via ethernet through a hub. but as the CS1G doesn't have ethernet port ( it has RS232) i am wondering how to communicate with Cx-Supervisor.

i just started working with Cx-supervisor for me it is kinda hard to find multiple connection procedures for the PLC.

can you one help me to figure out how to connect multiple PLC of different connection type with the Cx-Supervisor.

I would not use the CJ1M but the CJ2M-CPU33 with inbuilt Ethernet IP.
CX-Supervisor is fine but is pretty basic.
If you want a SCADA package with great trending, I use Citect - it is not cheap though.
I also use FINS Gateway or Sysmac Gateway to all the PLCs, you have to buy it from Omron.
You can use a combination of Ethernet, Controller Link, serial (RS422), Sysmac Link - whatever you want.
