rsview32 sampler and tutorial - PLCS.net

I loaded the sampler and tutorial CD but it would not run, instead i end up using the CD to do the tutorials. what could be the problem

Someone recommended that i get this CD 9392-CLOO18-EN-C is this CD FREE AND WHERE DO IGET IT FROM

Where did you load it to? What OS are you using?

l installed sampler and tutorial CD on my laptop with windows XP.the user guides and the READ ME opens but WORKS does not open at all.The tutorial does not open and displays this information; "the application failed to initialize properly(0xc0000005). Click ok to terminate the application". If i run the tutorial from the CD it runs properly
