Powerflex700s

I am doing a topic about religion in the industrial discharge roll. threads consisting of an engine and a motor coil discharge, and use the inverter to control motor powerflex700s. I used two engines is a reduction gear. I use two encoder for feedback to the PLC for motor control. I use the encoder to calculate the velocity of each term on rollers, to synchronize the speed of two motors.
with two motors have the following data:
1. Motor NP Volts = 200 VAC
2 . Motor NP FLA = 2.3A
3. Motor NP Hertz = 50Hz
4. Motor NP power = 0.4kw
5. Motor poles = 4
6. gear ratio = 1:15
7. at shaft speed of 120 RPM
powerflex700s inverter is used:
Rated Amps = 4.2 A
Rated volts = 240V
two encoder I use is kind of incremental encoder, resolution is 1024 PPR, when I tested it encountered a problem is the motor speed feedback to the variance with the preset value and the engine roar and run very hot , with re-appeared on the software drivexcutive Atlimit and an alarm is not displayed in the software speed. How did you do about this please help me, how to properly configure for this engine with the reading pulse encoder on rslogix5000 plc datalink using tools in the inverter. and how to change the internal value to value. please please help me, I desperately needed. thank you very much!
