Replacing a 1794-ACN15 for a 1794-ACNR15

I need to replace a broken 1794-ACN15 FlexI/O Controlnet adapter and I can only get a 1794-ACNR15 which is a redundant one. Can I do this replacement and only use one connector of the two available in the module?

Thanks

Rod

Yes.

A 1794-ACNR15 with only Channel A connected is functionally identical to a single-channel 1794-ACN15.
