Adding QuickPanel user through Proficy Machine Edition

Is there a way to add a user account to a QuickPanel from Proficy?

I cannot add users from the HMI without logging in first. It would be a bit silly that I can edit the whole program but not add users from Proficy...so I imagine it exists and I just can't get find the option.

Nope, user accounts and their passwords live in the Quick Panel, not in the runtime file.
