I have buy new B&R cp474 plc, and I need to make it as spare part of original one, so I do like this by useing PVI tool:
1) install OS (same as original one).
2) download system tasks(from original one).
3) cold start.
4) download user tasks(from original one).
5)cold start.
but new PLC not same original one, where is the problem? I don't know, maybe I forget some thing to do please tell me.
