CCW and powerflex 750 1203-USB

Is anyone else having looooong connecting times when using CCW to a 750 via a 1203-USB?

It is taking upto 10 minutes to connect to drive or discover a drive. Once connected the the startup wizards wil randomly lockup?

I'm running them on VirtualBox WIN 10, WIN 7 , on a host machine directly without any change in the outcome. I've taked to a few RA guys and they say yea it does that sometime.
 
I used one on a Windows 10 VM with CCW 12 on a Powerflex 753 and didn't have any issues. It does take several minutes to upload the parameter files, but i didn't have any issues with any of the famous undocumented rockwell features.
