Conver mBar to mBar(g)

Is this the same question re-phrased?

Do you mean the difference between Absolute and Gauge Pressure?

A pound of feathers or a pound of lead....

A pound is a pound.

PSIG or PSIA - they are both pounds. One takes into account the atmospheric pressure the other doesn't.

Maybe this will help:

The 'nominal' difference between PSIA and PSIG:
1 atmosphere = 14.6959488 pounds per square inch

Thanks Mickey, I go that earlier.

@Flopro,

if I have a pressure gauge reading of 1 PSIG, that Equates to roughly 15 PSI/PSIA.

Assuming I take the Gauge reading of 1 PSIG, to convert it to mBar (gauge) equivalent to compare apples to apples......

What should it be?

1 X 68.94757 = 68.94757 mbar

or

1 * 68.94757 + 1013.250043 = 1082.2 mbar(g)

Cheers
