Convert RSView32 To FTView

I have followed the procedure below to convert RSView32 project to FactoryTalk View.

After clicking "Finish" to start the project import, an error is raised, please find the photo below:

The version of RSView32: 7.6
FT View SE: 8.1

I don't have any license for FT View SE at this moment, waiting for Rockwell to step forward my RSView32 license. But I believe that the license should not be a block with importing a new HMI Server?

ID: BF14121 | Access Levels: TechConnect has a few suggestions, but does require a TechConnect contract. ID: QA50852 | Access Levels: Everyone only requires an account that should be free to create. Check these and see if any of the situations apply.

Checkout that Tech note as it lists several possible causes. If you have access to newer FT View software it might clear up these issues. Version 13 is the current version as of today.

Thanks for your comment, the issue maybe the installation of FactoryTalk Enterprise is not fully installed.

You know that the installation is quite annoying that you need to install FT View application one by one, not a bundle.

Newer versions do make it easier to install the necessary pieces based on the function of the computer.
