DELTA PLC-COMMGR software

I have downloaded COMMGR 1.15 software on my laptop. After downloading it works. When I stop and start the program again it doesn't work.
It is written as the reason - windows does not see it. Please help.

Is it perhaps hiding down in the start menu on the show hidden icons thingy by the clock? Because that's where mine likes to hide.

Also your countries name is like a wizards spell.

I have changed program version to COMMGR 1.14 and it s worked
