I am trying to load a couple of spare screens,
My first attempt said I needed to update the firmware in the screen.
Even though it was new from Automation direct.
Now I am stuck in the red screen = Update Mode=
Data Transfer. I tried what they have in their manual under troubleshooting
for this and nothing works. Anyone have a work around.

I try to re upload firmware and it says "Firmware Transfer Complete"
But then I get another Red screen Flashing the following error.
