I have this HMI tied into a plc I am working with. The touch panel has lost it memory and is now giving an error of "no driver installed". Is there a way to fix this, can I restore factory defaults (how), or do I need to load a driver into it?

That means the panel has lost the program that was in it. You do have a backup, right?
