Fix omron cj1m INH lit error

i have been trying to connect to omron cj1m via peripheral port(USB to Serial), but there isn't any sign to show that it has connected, so am wondering if it has anything to do with the lit or there is something am doing wrong, am new to omron.
I have attached pictures of the PLC
