FTview SE Network Station application alarm issue.

I have an FTView SE network station application ver 10. I am having problems with the alarm banner. The alarm banner is showing only one alarm message, even when different alarms are triggered. The alarm history shows the correct alarms. The plc is an AB L33ERM. Please help !!🍑
