GT Designer3 Mitsubishi HMI

Hello!

I keep getting an error when trying to open a HMI in GT Designer 3.
I go to Project->Open then select my project (GOT Type GS21**-W) and this appears: (See Attachment)


Any advice? This is my first time downloading and editing an HMI in this program. I have uninstalled and reinstalled.
I've also contacted the creator and attempted to open their original file to ensure it's not corrupt and get same error.

But it clearly says "Unsupported GOT Type".
Try to open new project. Is your GOT type in the list?

Support for GS series needs to be additionally installed.
