Now, I trying to find RStune and RSloop software from rockwell, but I haven't found it.
so Where can I download RStune and RSloop ?

What purpose do you have for simulating a PID loop?
If you can program the simulated dynamic response enough to be able to tune the loop to the system, then you don't need to simulate it.
