I need a plc with 6 inputs and 4 outputs. I must be able to power up the plc with 120 volts. The inputs will pick up and use the 24 volt internal power supply from the plc and the outputs need to be relay outputs.
The unit I have now is a FX1S Mitsubishi and is rated at 1G Vibration Resistance when direct mounted and .5G when din rail mounted.
The old plc I used was a Mitsu FXOs with a Vibration Resistance of
2 G's when direct mounted and 1G when din rail mounted. The old Mitsu plc worked great but
the FXOS is no longer in production and not readily available as old stock.
I am looking for something with Vibration Resistance Values at or above the FXOS values to use in a machine with some vibration issues.
SOOO does anyone know who manufactures the most rugged small plc with 6 inputs and 4 outputs that might work.
