I have an automation Panel with simatic S400 PLC modules with CPU 412-2,DI ,DO,AI,AO modules and 3 racks that are connect with each other by IM 460-0 and IM461-0.Now i want to separate Analog Modules into another panel that distance will be 10 meters from Main panal.but my IM460-0 supports 5 meter.Kindly give me the solution for that.

You could switch to IM460-3 and IM461-3. It will be expensive though.
Alternatively switch to analog inputs in ET200S modules via DP. That is what I would do.
