Hi,

I'm setting up comms at a station and I'm working with Cisco IE 3400H switches. I have been able to configure them following the Harware Installation Guide provided by Cisco, there's communication between the switch and other devices, everything looks good. The issue is, after a couple hours the ports on a few of the switches will become inactive, there will be no comms and I can't even ping it. The System LED is blinking green, the express set up one is off, the power led is solid green, and the alarm and port status leds are off.

Does anyone know what and why is this happening? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

The IE 3400H is not on the Idle Timeout applicable devices list.

At first configurations did remain after a power cycle; now I can't access the WebUI so I'm not sure.

I unplugged everything from the switch, except for my laptop and it's still not working, and at least this one cable is good, I just used it to configure another one of these switches and everything worked.
