Micrologix 1400 high speed counter issue

hello Sir, I am trying to program for the speed(1000 rpm) with a sensor input and for this i used micrologix1400 BXB plc. I am not able to use high speed counter here. whenever i use HSC instruction, a massage comes" HSC instruction is not supported in the current processor type".
Plz help me i have never used HSC before.

You do not use the HSC instruction.
The HSC is set up in a function file.
See chapter 5 of the 1766-RM001 user manual.
