mitsubishi a2sh and got 1150 communication

dear sirs,

currently i am working on the this projects which requires for me to do connection between got 1150 and a2sh. i had tried the r s232 connection and rs422 connection but there is no respond on the screen. i would be very much appreiciated if anyone could share the experience working on similiar projects.
