Modbus TCP C++ Class library

Hello

Does anyone know where to get a MODBUS TCP c/c++ library.
I want to connect my c/c++ programm with a remote PLC (Beckhoff/Twincat).
I prefer C++.

www.win-tech.com sells C libraries for MODBUS TCP. They are reasonably priced. If I recall, they are straight C and not C++ though.
