Modicon Momemtum Memory

I will be working on a 171 CCC 960 30 Momentum that will not allow downloading of only changed sections, apparently because the memory is almost full. A full download is required, even for small changes. Is there a way to add more memory to these, or a direct replacement CPU that would have more memory? All suggestions welcomed! Thanks!!
