Hello sirs,
We have the following hardware on our machine:
1. CPU cpu 412-2dp, 256 kbyte ram Siemens 6ES7 412-2XG04-0AB0
2. Operator panel MP 277, 10'', touch, retentive memory. Siemens 6AV6 643-0CD01-1AX1
3. Inverter 1.5kw, 4A, motion control, +SBR2+CBP2+SLB Siemens 6SE7014–0TP50+ZC33+G91+G42
4. Inverter 1.5kw, 4A, motion control, +SBR2+CBP2+SLB Siemens 6SE7014–0TP50+ZC33+G91+G42
5. Inverter 4kw, 10.2A, motion control, +SBR2+CBP2 Siemens 6SE7021–3TP50+ZC33+G91
6. Inverter 7.5 kw, 17.5 A, vector, + CBP2+SLB Siemens 6SE7021-8TP60+ZG91+G42
7. Inverter 18.5 kw, 37.5 A, vector, +CBP2+SLB Siemens 6SE7023-8TP60+ZG91+G42
We want to send fast setpoints from the plc to the inverters every 2 ms.
Ø Is it possible to do this by using OB35 with execution time 2 ms, and in the OB35 use direct access to the masterdrive peripheral i/o’s?
example:
L MD 350
T PQD 200
Ø Will this send the setpoint to the masterdrive every 2 ms?
Ø How much time does the “Load” and “Transfer” need to be executed?
