The correct unit would be one of the following:

C120-LK201
3G2A6-LK201

-V1 (version 1) after the above numbers would work also.

C500 is for a different product and I do not think it would work.

better upgrade the PLC

make the change is a big problem for me ...
The plc has over an extension I / O and Analog extension and there is no copy of the program

Part number would be C200H-PRO27.

You can monitor and change the settings on DM memory using a handheld.
