For awhile we've been using the Omron G7SA force guided relays in our safety systems. Recently we switched from the screw connection socket to the "Push-In Plus" style socket, which is basically Omron's version of a screwless terminal. I prefer how the terminals are laid out on these sockets vs. the screw type, and they have an integrated suppression diode. However, I've noticed that the wires (with ferrules) sit rather loose in the terminals. You can't pull them out, but it's quite easy to wiggle them around compared to other types of screwless terminals I've used. We've used almost every gauge within the spec (24-16) and they all seem really loose. It makes me a bit nervous.

Has anyone else used this particular socket and can you comment on long-term reliability?
