PID instruction parameter fault

I've got it now. It was the dang loops being empty. I would have sworn earlier that i had set them 2 days ago when i first wrote this out but then again that was at the end of a 12hr day so who knows. either way its not faulting anymore so thats a BIG plus. Thankfully our production took a day off so i had time to mess with it. I have a few kinks to work out but nothing major. for now. Thanks for all the help and quick responses
