PLC's and Magnetism

If you change to a plc what type of outputs will you have? If they are relay you will have the same problem. If solid state then why not just go to a solid state relay. You need to make sure that the solid state outputs on the plc can take the load that your relays are doing now. Some outputs have very low current flow and could create another problem.
