problem changing from rslinx to winlinx

I have searched for a thread but have found none. the problem I am having is the box under system comms that will let you click to change only offers rslinx. I have two pc's running seperate but idenical systems so i have been looking to compair settings. Where do you go to activate or make changes so you can switch from one to the other?
