Profibus terminating resistors

If you have the CPU (or DP-card) in the middle, should you have it like this?

RESISTOR....'IN' .... 'OUT''IN' .... 'IN'-CPU-'OUT' .... 'IN''OUT' .... 'IN'....'RESISTOR'

Look reasonable to me, that way you can terminate both sides of the master.

And with the speed of 1,5MBit the max lengh from RESISTOR-RESISTOR is 200m? Not 200m from the CPU/DP-card to each direction?

RESISTOR-RESISTOR is correct but a maximum of 32 nodes (if I remember correct).
